Summary

The Centre for Women's Studies at James Cook University was formally inaugurated in May of 1994. To mark the 30th anniversary of that inauguration and also celebrate the making of the new Centre for Women's Studies at JCU Archive a celebratory launch event was held on the 31st of May, 2024 on JCU Townsville, Bebegu Yumba Campus. This video presents a record of this event. Note that Folder 10 in the Archive contains copies of the speeches and presentations given on the day.
